How can I check the status of my orders?

You can track your order status by entering your information on the track order page.

What are your shipping times?

Typical USA Shipping Times

Clothing & Custom Products: 1-2 weeks

Other Products: 1-3 weeks

Typical International Shipping Times

Clothing & Custom Products: 2-3 weeks

Other Products: 2-4 weeks

Do you deliver products internationally?

How can I place an order?

To place an order, simply click on the "Add to Cart" button on the product page. For products with multiple variations (e.g. size & color), be sure to select your variant from the drop down list above the "Add to Cart" button beforehand. After that, click the "Checkout" button in your cart and follow the steps to place your order. We will email you an order confirmation afterwards.

Does Magnitect offer a satisfaction guarantee?

We do! If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us.

What is your return policy?


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

If you receive the wrong item, just contact us with a picture of your item and we will reship you the correct item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email us with a picture of your item.
